The service manager or quality assurance staff can review any repair process using the license plate number. Repairs from multiple service bays can be centrally monitored through a unified user interface.In the event of a customer complaint, the repair process can be located in seconds using the license plate number. A quick playback, even in a timelapse format, allows for efficient review of the disputed work process. For unjustified complaints, the customer can receive a video link via email. By clicking on the link, they can view the disputed or missing work step in the video and verify that the work was carried out correctly.

One advantage of the cloud service is that video export is not required. It is sufficient to request a link from the system that points to a specific section of the timeline in the video player and send it to the customer via email.

Transparency and Increased Customer Satisfaction

Optional feature: As soon as a vehicle enters a service bay, the customer (the vehicle owner) receives an automatic email notification that the repair process for their vehicle has begun. By clicking on the link in the email, they can follow the repair process live. The video can also be viewed at a later time within a predefined time limit.
